This is called Pixlr, and you can find it at http://apps.pixlr.com/editor/ This program contains many of the same if not more features than Photoshop does. If you're just starting Youtube, or you just don't have the money to spend, Pixlr is a great alternative to making amazing, stylish graphics, for any of your needs!
