This video is going to show you how to create a neon light effect in Photoshop CS6. This is one of many ways of doing it but this is the most basic one.

In this beauty image retouch I will show you how to take a backlit blue/cyan image and show you how to light it up and give it a slightly more golden and glowing look. This image comes from my "Denim Princess" photo series and features a high fashion full length denim ball gown. This Jean Dress was an excellent for photography and made for some really fun images. This image besides back lit fixing also helps with model retouch and fantastical color correction in a forest. There is always a better photo hiding under the surface and this how to will help you find it. =)
I edit in Adobe Photoshop CS5, there are tool equivalents for most of the things I use in other softwares such as GIMP.
