In this video I show you how to create a tilt shift effect withing Adobe Photoshop CS6. It is an effect that makes an image looks like a "Miniature" or "Fake". It applies a blur to the image that makes it appear this way.
In order to achieve this effect you will need to do the following:
1.) Choose an image that has a top down view if possible. (Images of cities, trains, etc). 2.) Insert the image into Photoshop as a background. 3.) Apply a filter by going to Filter --- Blur --- Tilt Shift 4.) Once you have applied the Tilt Shift filter you can now adjust the blur and distortion to your liking.
