Concept Art is an Art of manipulation using several images and blending each other using Photoshop. so here i used a prime image of clouds and a girl rest is under water and under water girl. basic method i used for to blend is masking, for color matching hue and saturation. camera raw is my fav tool adjust most of the dramatic light and overall image look. after that i used Topaz plugin detail 3 and Topaz adjust to get more detail in the image then used a dust background with screen blending mode.
