This video shows you how to easily crop and re-size any picture for your website using the free online photo editor called Pixlr. You need to make sure to optimize all pictures before you post them so that your web viewers don't experience slow loading of your pages because the images are too big, and so that everything is sized as you want it. To do so, pixlr is the perfect tool.

In less than a minute you can crop a photo and reduce it's filesize significantly. In the video I reduce a pic from almost 3 megabytes down to around 200 kilobytes. This is the sort of thing that makes Google like your site more.
