A few people have asked for this, so here is a very basic overview of this free piece of software that is supplied with Nikon DSLR cameras.
It allows you to edit, arrange and export your images, from the native Nikon.NEF file to JPG or Tiff.

Its a basic peice of software with limited editing facilities, but for the most part, will do the job well.
