In this tutorial I will show you how to create that popular Glitch color effect, similar to a scrambled TV or 3d Glasses look. We will use color channels and Distort filters to create the split vision colors and give us that glitch art look. This tutorial is simple enough for even a beginner to follow, and useful enough to be a good start for advanced effects!

This is a great video if you or someone you know wishes to rotate an image using the Pixlr Editor. Rotation doesn't just take place on the whole image. It can be done on selected portions of the image. Also it can be done independently on specific layers. Free transformation is the only option that provides non-standard degrees of rotation.
