This is a great video if you or someone you know wishes to rotate an image using the Pixlr Editor. Rotation doesn't just take place on the whole image. It can be done on selected portions of the image. Also it can be done independently on specific layers. Free transformation is the only option that provides non-standard degrees of rotation.
