This tutorial describes the Circle Paint function in Sagelight Image Editor.

The Circle Paint can make your picture look like a painting with a texture (there's also the Oil Paint effect, too, for another style), or you can make it look more cartoonish by outlining it.

This tutorial shows how to use it to create different painting effects, and, closer to the end of the video, shows how to use it with the blending function to create an even more interesting effect.
