Hey guys this is my first photoshop tutorial. i have just given the overview of it .
Steps : Shortcuts
1 : CTRL + J
2 : CTRL SHIFT + U
3: CTRL + J
4: Change layer 1 copy to Color Dodge
5: CTRL + I
6: Gaussian Blur = 80 to 90 px
7: Select Brush with black color and brush the Outline areas .

I have just shown you the quick way ..........i know u will come with better results.
