I used Pixlr Express + on my iPad to record this movie. The Universal app is a full photo editor that is seems pretty nice in my initial tests.
Sorry for the poor audio quality on this video. I did this on the fly with just my computer microphone..and I was watching my Dolphins pretend to play football :)
