I got a request by AliceStripesLPS to explain how I animate, but it's a LONG process, so I decided to make a video of how to do it.
editing program: movie maker
program used to make the animation: Pixlr.com (advancad) like it says in the title
Character used: Jasper (c) to me

Q: why is my lineart being covered by color?
A: well, there could be two reasons, either your lineart layer is not above the color layer, or you began coloring on the same layer as the lineart.
Q: when I saved the file to make it a picture again, it didn't work!
A: make sure you pressed "Save As" not "save"
Q: how did you add the words, at the end of the video "Angel in the night?"
A: at Pixlr.com's menu, click on pixlr (efficient) instead of advanced. It is loaded with hundreds of fonts.
Q: do you use a tablet?
A: nope, I use a mouse.
Q: what other things can Pixlr do?
A: well, I'll let you experiment ;P it has plenty of cool features to explore. may I suggest the pencil tool for lineart, and put it on "trail" and size 6 works best.
Q: What editing system do you use?
A: Windows Movie Maker, it's free and comes on every computer/laptop that uses windows
