To select out the different colors, create a new layer and go to Select - Color Range. Click on the color you want to sample with the regular eyedropper tool. You can play with the fuzziness to get more of an accurate selection. Also, if you need to add or take away from your selection, you can use the eyedroppers with the plus and minus symbols next to them to do so.
Next, go to Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Saturation. This will load your selection directly into the Hue/Saturation layer so that you can adjust the hue sliders and change only the colors you want to change!
Refining Layer Masks
If you have small unwanted parts in a selection, you can always paint over it with a brush tool on the layer mask.
Tip: If you hold alt/opt and click on a layer mask, it will appear as black and white. This can be very helpful for seeing tiny stray colors in your selections.

In today's step by step Photoshop tutorial. We will be learning how to create a Disintegration Effect. We will be focusing on adding the disintegration effect by using "particle" Photoshop brushes, Masks and the Liquify tool. We also we will adding a cracked texture and blending/warping it to look as if it's wrapping around her face. I will also be using the Camera Raw filter a little bit and adjustment layers to make the color of the image really stand out. Concept Art is an Art of manipulation using several images and blending each other using Photoshop. so here i used a prime image of clouds and a girl rest rock under girl. basic method i used for to blend is masking, for color matching hue and saturation. camera raw is my fav tool adjust most of the dramatic light and overall image look. after that i used Topaz plugin detail 3 and Topaz adjust to get more detail in the image then used a dust background with screen blending mode.
